To be honest not so much. I'm not a cook and though I often take picture of what I eat to show others, I don't find those very creative. Photography to me has to do with lots of creativity and therefore a more broad theme. I kind of like "Pairs", challenging, but multi faceted. But that's my two cents and this is your year's project :).
