I like the shadow of the bars on the floor. Must be a gate to keep the kiddos from getting burnt?

Love the varying perspectives today! I had a :P day trying some water shots that all failed, so I have to admit that tomorrow's shot is an extra from Wednesday. I will keep working to get my water shot!!

Welcome

I appreciate great photography. I am a novice, but I want to grow. As with all things, growth occurs with practice.

Starting January 1, 2012, this site will document my growth over a year. My January Challenge will be Black and White and I hope to find some folks who will join me. I am hoping that we can critique each other's work in a friendly, yet honest forum. My hope is that each of these themes will push me into a different area of photography and hopefully, you too!

My aim is to keep it simple. I will post my daily picture and folks can leave theirs with a link in the comment section.
